The QSchool Annual Programme and Exhibition, held on November 22 and 24, 2025, at Unity College, showcased the work and performances of students from the QSchool classes of the College across both I and II shifts. The event was honoured by the presence of College Secretary and Founder of QSchools Lucknow, Mr Najmul Hasan Rizvi, accompanied by his wife and son; Manager II shift, Dr S Kalbe SibtainNoorie; Principal, Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews; Vice Principal, Mr Sachindra Bharti; and College Counsellor, Ms Nisar Fatima Rizvi.
The programme began with a welcome address by the Principal, who emphasised that QSchool was founded as a madrassa with a difference—one committed to nurturing understanding, reflection, and responsible behaviour. He highlighted QSchool’s hands-on and child-centred methods that make Islamic learning meaningful, purposeful, and far from monotonous.
The performances were spiritually rich, academically aligned, and creatively executed. An inspirational video of Dr Kalbe Sadiq set the tone by reinforcing the importance of education, harmony, and the balance between modern and Islamic learning. This was followed by a heartfelt Qir’āt recitation focused on verses related to the AhlulBayt. A thought-provoking skit on Israaf conveyed the Quranic guidance from Surah Israa on avoiding extravagance. The lively Lunar Month Song added an enjoyable learning element, while mnemonics for Surah names demonstrated how effectively students are internalising Quranic content. A visually engaging presentation titled Quran City—a QFatima concept—portrayed Surahs as buildings, captivating the audience. A moving Noha dedicated to Sayyada Fatima (SA) added emotional depth, and the segment concluded with an enthusiastic display of knowledge in the interactive Risala Quiz.
A special video message from Ms SabiraTaqi underscored the value of experiential Islamic learning. She encouraged parents to increase awareness of QSchool and praised students for their growing ability to read and understand the Risalahs and the sermons of NahjulBalagha.
Parents responded with great appreciation, noting that QSchool helps children understand religion thoughtfully rather than memorise it superficially. Dr Noorie congratulated the team, with particular praise for the Qir’āt presentation, and acknowledged the efforts of QSchool Coordinator, Ms Sakeena Raza. Mr Rizvi reaffirmed the equal significance of worldly and religious education and reiterated QSchool’s mission of nurturing practical Muslims who serve both their Creator and His creation.
After the stage presentations, the guests visited the exhibition area, where students’ models and displays—many of them larger-than-life models—were highly admired for their creativity, clarity, and thoughtful integration of Islamic concepts, bringing the event to a meaningful and satisfying close.
