Hygiene is a primary step of good health to insulate ourselves and others from illnesses and keep us safe by maintaining good health. A physically fit body impels to increase the mental capacity of an individual. 

Unity College puts in unremitting efforts to achieve holistic development of its young minds by organising a plethora of activities. Hygiene Day at Unity College was a glimpse of it.

The perils of poor health are many but being notified is the key. The Pre-Primary Section of the College organised Hygiene Day to bring home the idea of maintaining good health.

Toddlers of UN through their, eyecatching, carvings and drawings on paper accentuated the need of regular hand washing.

Oral hygiene is a window to overall health. Good oral health results in keeping bacteria at bay. Class Prep made much of this philosophy by chisellingteeth from craft paper and emphasised the need of healthy eating by segregating healthy and unhealthy food items and pasting them on the cut outs.

Teachers urged the students to follow a strict cleanliness regime for staying healthy.
