PRE-PRIMARY MARKS LABOUR DAY

Labour Day was celebrated with enthusiasm in the Pre-Primary Section of Unity College on May 1, 2025 to honour the contributions of our support staff. Children from Lower Nursery, Upper Nursery, and Prep participated in activities that expressed gratitude towards workers like cleaners, helpers, and drivers.

Lower Nursery students made beautiful handprint cards and distributed small items such as Frooti, salt, and tea to labourers. Upper Nursery children created colourful thank-you cards and handed out appreciation packets containing biscuits, buns, and cake. Prep students made thank-you cards and distributed useful items like soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes to the support staff.

The celebration helped instil respect and appreciation for the hard work of those who support the school community every day.
