A special morning assembly was held on September 5 to honour and express gratitude to the teachers who play a pivotal role in shaping students' lives. The event commenced with soulful renditions, setting a serene tone for the day. Abu Sufiyan(XI-A) led the pledge, followed by an eloquent speech delivered by Fatima Rizvi (XI-A), who passionately highlighted the invaluable role teachers play in shaping the future of their students.
The Primary students from classes I to V captured everyone's hearts with a special presentation dedicated to their teachers. Junior Head Boy, Haider (V-B), opened the presentation, followed by delightful contributions from Azma Fatima (I-A), FariaRehan (II-C), Bisma Fatima (III-B), and Batool Rizvi (IV-A), who shared beautiful quotes celebrating their teachers. The presentation culminated with a touching poem recited by Junior Head Girl, Abeeha Fatima (V-B).
Zehra Mehdi (XI-A) shared an inspiring thought for the day, while Shaur Fatima from the same class recited a heartfelt poem dedicated to teachers. Adding to the occasion, Basilah Husain (XI-A) delivered an insightful speech on the life and legacy of Dr SarvepalliRadhakrishnan.
The class teacher of XI-A, Mr Mohd Mohiuddin, addressed the gathering, advising students to respect their teachers and pay attention to important aspects such as body language, attire, and overall presentation. Headmistress Ms Kainaat Mansoor extended her heartfelt wishes to all the teachers, commending their dedication and unwavering commitment throughout their careers.
Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti shared a profound quote, 'Guru Govinddoukhade, kake lagoon paay,' underscoring the crucial role teachers play in students' lives. The assembly concluded with an inspiring address by Principal Mr Deepak Mathews, who urged students to cherish and respect their teachers, emphasising that teachers are remembered for their tireless efforts and the profound impact they have on the lives of their students.
