Unity College held its much-awaited Inter-Section Declamation Contest on the 22nd of July, 2023, aiming to nurture the art of public speaking and bolster the confidence of its students. The event provided an engaging and exciting platform for participants to showcase their oratory prowess and eloquence. 

The opening of the contest was gracefully led by Anchors Zargham Haider and Qudsiya Fatima, who extended a warm welcome to the esteemed Principal, Mr. Francis Castelino, Vice Principal Mr. Sachindra Bharti, and the distinguished Judges, Ms. Sarah Abbas and Ms. Fatima Naseem. 

The arena of powerful words witnessed an exhilarating display of talent from Secondary students spanning classes VI to X. Each participant passionately delivered well-known speeches with clarity, emotion, and persuasiveness. From the stirring words of great leaders that sparked revolutions to poignant pleas championing human rights, the audience was spellbound as they relived memorable moments from historical figures such as Patrik Henry, Sojourner Truth, Patrick Henry, Charlie Chaplin, Kiran Bedi, Sushmita Sen, and many others. 

The participants' performances were meticulously judged, considering various aspects such as gesture, emotions, intonation, memory, and overall presentation. The competition was intense, showcasing the dedication and hard work put in by the students. 

After much anticipation, the results were announced, and the deserving winners were celebrated and felicitated with well-deserved certificates. The names of the victors are as follows:
