On 18th December 2021, the Pre-Primary Section in Unity College conducted various enjoyable activities for the children. The purpose of doing these activities was to
•    provide an experience of creativity
•    develop a sense of achievement
•    create colour awareness
•    to boost their cognitive skills
•    to strengthen the muscles of the hand
•    improve accuracy

In Lower Nursery, ‘Cotton Printing Activity’ was conducted where children made beautiful bouquets in their scrapbooks using cotton and different colours.

‘Hand Printing with Colours Activity’ was conducted in Upper Nursery where children did hand printing on their scrapbooks using different colours.

In Prep, ‘Blow Colour Monsters Activity’ was conducted. Children used straws to blow colours in all directions, created different shaped monsters, and pasted google eyes to give them an appearance.

The children showed abundance of energy, participated enthusiastically throughout the sessions, and completed their activities beautifully, following teachers’ instructions.

The day proved to be fun-filled. These activities satisfied children’s enthusiasm for learning and imagination.
